Breakfast was good. Friendly and helpful staff. Enchanting Beauty&Beast experience. Great amenities and reasonable prices. Big and comfortable rooms. Nice on-site restaurant with tasty food. Rural setting for walks and biking. Incredible artwork throughout.

The venue is exquisitely designed with impressive wood carvings and tranquil lakes, which provides a luxurious atmosphere. the service was exceptional, with staff catering to our every need, and ensuring our stay is a memorable one.
The only minor issue we experienced was the difficulty of accessing the location without private transportation.

Christmas at this hotel was a unique experience. The holiday decorations were impressive and helped create an atmosphere of cheer. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel amenities were modern and clean. The location offered easy access to nearby attractions and had gorgeous surrounding views.
The food left much to be desired. The menus were limited, and the quality was subpar.

the location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful greenery and a tranquil lake. the staff were attentive and friendly, always willing to assist with any of our needs. the breakfast offered was delicious, with a wide range of options to suit different tastes. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities and free Wi-Fi.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great for walks and bike rides. The artwork throughout the hotel was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious.

While the hotel has an impressive exterior, the food at the coffee shop is a joke, and the Thai restaurant is hampered by poor service. the foam mattresses, no in-room Wi-Fi, and no facilities for tea or coffee are a few setbacks with the rooms. though, the views over the lake are beautiful.
The remoteness of the location can make getting around challenging.
